Participants informed on benefits of hand wash at Al-Khidmat programmes

International ‘Hand Wash Day’ was celebrated at five districts of Al-Khidmat under Orphan Care programme. Experts informed participating children on hand wash benefits and health risks in case of not washing hands. Around 250 million cases of diarrhea are reported in Pakistan and an estimated 116,000 children under age of 5 years died every year. CIS exam under Al-Khidmat held for prisoners

Around 62 prisoners under minor trails of Karachi Central Prison appeared in Sindh Technical Board recognized Computer Information System (CIS) course examination conducted by Al-Khidmat at set up computer laboratory. Al-Khidmat sprays education board offices under anti-dengue drive

Under ongoing anti dengue and chikungunya gonia spray drive, volunteers of Al-Khidmat carried out spray at Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education offices in North Nazimabad respectively. President All Pakistan Clerks Association, Abdul Wahab Lakho, General Secretary, Shakeel Ahmad and others present on the occasion appreciated the campaign. Children from Al-Khidmat’s Orphan Support Program participated in Toyota’s “My dream car” painting contest.

More than 68 children being cared under Al-Khidmat’s “Orphan families support” program participated in a worldwide painting competition titled “My dream car contest-2018” organized by Toyota Eastern Motor Company. 9 selected young artists will get a chance to visit Japan, with their parents or guardians, to inspect Toyota Motor manufacturing plant.
